By Gone Days - It's a new collab! & FREEBIE



Isn't it gorgeous? Trudie of Scrapbrat Designs and I worked on it together, and we had so much fun! It's for my debut at my NEW store. Yes! You heard it right, my NEW store - Inspiration Lane.

The soft wedgewood blue and antique rose colors are so wonderful for heritage layout as well as everyday scrapping! The unique elements are a great addition, and will really make your layout stand out! And just for reading this post all the way to the end, I have a freebie for you! Yessiree...a QP done with this kit...

*NEW* Teen kit

I released a new kit earlier this week! It's perfect for your teens and tweens!

It's called WHATever!



And is available at FaithSisters!

The name for this kit is based on Philippians 4:8 "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things."

This fun kit, geared towards teens/tweens, includes word art of the above scripture verse, 29 cool "magnetic" word tiles of teen sayings that you can also use to "write" phrases such as "daughter of the King of kings" and "It's a God thing" as well as "you rock" and "princess".
Two photomasks are also included but not shown in the preview.

Frames, ribbons, buttons, brads, staples, glitter shapes and stitched shapes in colors every girl loves!

The Faith Sisters Creative Team has made some wonderful layouts with this kit...take a look at these:

What a week! (Giveaway to celebrate!)

Oh my! I feel like a challenge groupie! I've been involved in so many lately. This was the last week for the Brownie Scraps CT challenge. I expect to hear something tomorrow. Last week we finished the the Brownie Scraps Guest Designer challenge, and decisions regarding that should be announced anytime...all of us are on pins and needles waiting, I think!
I'm half way through the Inspiration Lane Desire 2 Inspire contest. Each week there are eliminations. The deadline for week 3 was last night, and tomorrow she'll announce who is moving on to week 4. More waiting, more nail biting! lol
Then there is the Faith Sister designer call. Have I mentioned that one? Maybe not...It's for a spot as one of their designers. I was to supply a mini kit, the deadline is tonight. Judging and voting begins tomorrow and goes all week.

And if you've read this far...thank you...and you can have the mini kit free by going to Faith Sisters and downloading it at the link just above. My plan is to package it up with the week 3 Inspiration Lane element pack challenge for a full kit...so if you don't want a mini, you won't have to wait long for a big one.

Lastly, I have WONDERFUL news! I applied to sell at Been There Scrapped That, and was accepted! Yay, me! My new friend Cara of Sweet Tomato Cafe will be there with me, and we are both so thrilled to have been accepted together! Yay, us!

I think, to help us celebrate, we'll have to give something away! YES, that's it! It's the Season of Singing - FREE kit

My Very First Kit!

Now, you all know I love Scrapmatters...but, someone told me about a little challenge over at Brownie Scraps. This is a 6 week design challenge, meant to help those of us who want to design, yet aren't sure where to start. So, since that is where I want to go, I signed up. I can't believe in the very first week they have you making a kit! Wow! By the end I'll have my very own mega-kit!

So I took some time this week, and made a kit...it will be available FREE on Monday at Brownie Scraps. But only for ONE WEEK...after that we get to do with it what we want. I'll post a direct link when it goes online, and then I want you to make a lo with it, and show it to me! Please?

PS I know it's called "MERCHi makes it!" I guess I should change that to Button *Ü* Babies, huh?
